A password card for your wallet
A Password2QR card is a wallet-size plastic or paper card with a QR code that stores only part of your password. The second part is yours — you define and use it with no relation to Password2QR. Our tip: make it a short PIN you can remember.
A wallet-size Password2QR card: the front carries the design, wordmark and a sample label, the back a QR code marked SCAN TO USE.

Three ways to get your card
Print at home
The designer produces a true-size print view with crop marks. Print duplex at 100% scale, cut and laminate — done in minutes.
Save the images or card file
Download the front and back as PNG images, or a single card file for any print shop. Every export is decode-verified: the QR must scan back exactly or nothing is exported.
Order a plastic card
Have a durable PVC card printed and mailed to you. Only partial-password cards can be ordered — the printing service ever sees only part of a password, never the rest. Order →
Why a lost card can’t unlock anything
- The card holds only part of your password. The second part is defined and used by you, with no relation to Password2QR — our tip is a short PIN you remember. It is never printed, saved or sent anywhere.
- Nothing on the card can confirm the missing part. There is no check value, so the app can’t tell anyone — including a thief — which entry is right. Every guess has to be tried at the real login, where sites limit attempts.
- Even the card service never sees your password. If you order a printed card, the printer and the mail carrier handle only the card part.
- You stay in control. Lost a card? Change the password at that site and make a new card — the old card becomes useless.
Good to know: make your second part 6 or more characters, never your bank-card PIN, and keep it out of your wallet and phone notes. If you lose the card and the site’s password database is ever leaked, a short second part could be guessed offline — another reason to change the password when a card goes missing.
